Cycling with Jack for L-Istrina
Join us on Sunday, 28th September 2025 at Santa Clara College, Pembroke for Cycling with Jack for L-Istrina, a charity event in aid of The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
This special event is held in memory of Jack Schiavone, whose passion for cycling inspired his wife, Caroline Schiavone, to create a fundraising initiative that gives back to the Foundation which supported Jack throughout his journey.
The day will begin at 07:00hrs, with the cycling route starting at 08:00hrs from Santa Clara College to Manoel Island and back. On returning to the College grounds, participants and families can enjoy a variety of activities including:
- Kids Area – Static & On-Track Cycling
- Basketball Activities
- BMX Display
- LESA Interactive Educational Sessions on Road Safety
- Food & Drink Stalls
- Music & Entertainment
All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Donations may be made through mccf.store or on the day of the event.
Come pedal with purpose, celebrate Jack’s love for cycling, and support those in need through L-Istrina!

Terms & Conditions
1. By participating, participants confirm that they are physically fit and able to take part in the event, and accept that they do so at their own risk. The organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring their bicycles and equipment are roadworthy and safe.
3. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. Tickets/registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. By registering, participants consent to photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional purposes by The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
6. The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
